Unfair trade practices
Tobacco · Chapter 245 — Cigarette Tax and Tobacco Tax Law · Part III. Export and Foreign Cigarettes
Any violation of this part shall constitute an unfair method of competition and unfair and deceptive acts or practices in the conduct of any trade of commerce under section 480-2 and shall be subject to a civil penalty as provided in section 480-3.1. Each package of cigarettes sold in violation of this part shall constitute a separate violation. [L 2000, c 201, pt of §1]
