Sales through financial institutions

Tobacco · Chapter 245 — Cigarette Tax and Tobacco Tax Law · Part II. Stamping of Cigarettes

The department may enter into agreements to permit the sale of stamps by designated financial institutions located within the State. A list of financial institutions designated to sell stamps shall be made available at the department. [L 2000, c 249, pt of §1, §20(2); am L 2002, c 94, §3]
