§11-171

Applicability of this part

Public corruption · Chapter 11 — Voter Registration · Part XI. Election Contests

This part shall apply whenever a contested election is subject to determination by a court of competent jurisdiction in the manner provided by law. [L 1970, c 26, pt of §2]
