Unlawful Methamphetamine Trafficking -- Special Interrogatories as to Weight: H.R.S. § 712-1240.6(2) 1. Did the prosecution prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the one or more preparations, compounds, mixtures, or substances were of an aggregate weight of one-eighth ounce or more of methamphetamine or any of its salts, isomers, and salts of isomers? Yes ______ No ______ 2. Did the prosecution prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the Defendant was aware that the one or more preparations, compounds, mixtures, or substances were of an aggregate weight of one-eighth ounce or more of methamphetamine or any of its salts, isomers, and salts of isomers? Yes ______ No ______ You must answer each of these questions separately and your answers must be unanimous.
