INFERENCE: THEFT OF LIVESTOCK: HRS §708-835.5(2) If you find beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant possessed the livestock without a valid livestock ownership and movement certificate, you may, but are not required to infer that the livestock is or has been stolen. If you do so infer, you must nevertheless consider all the evidence in the case in determining whether the State has proven beyond a reasonable doubt that such livestock is or has been stolen.
